Enrolling Students Manually
While it is much easier to enroll entire classes using course access codes, you may find it is easier to add one or two students manually. To enroll students in a course manually, navigate to the course and then click on the settings icon in the upper right corner of the page.
This will open your course settings menu. Click on Enrollments.
You should now see all students and instructors enrolled in the course. Click the Enroll Users button at the top or bottom of the page.
A new window will open. If you are adding students, be sure it says Student in the Assign roles box and then use the search box to find the student or students that you would like to add.
Click the Enroll button by the name of any student you would like to enroll. You can can select multiple students at a time if needed. If you can’t find a student, you will need check with your administration to be sure they have added the student to Converge.
When you have selected all the students you would like to enroll, click Finish enrolling users and the students you have selected will be added to your course.
