Courses in Converge are subdivided using Learning Modules, which are added by the instructor. These modules may be used to represent units of the course, lessons on certain topics, or other purposes as needed. Within each module, you can create and arrange content in a visually appealing, and logical sequence.
To add a learning module, click the Create Learning Module button at the top of the page in the Course tab.
This will open a new window where you can add the name, a summary of the module’s contents, standards or any other information that you would like displayed at the top of the module. Then you can choose where within your course feed you would like the module displayed, and choose how many grid blocks will be displayed in a row in the gridview. Hit Save Changes when you are finished.
This will navigate you back to your course, where you will see the new module where you chose to insert it. From here, you can drag the unit to a new location as needed, click the settings icon to edit the module, highlight the module, copy the module to another course, hide/unhide the module from students’ view, or delete the entire module.
