When you are enrolling a large number of students, it is probably easiest to have students enroll themselves using the course access code. However, if you need to enroll only a few students, you may find it easier to enroll manually.
To enroll students manually, begin by navigating to the course students need to enroll in, and click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the page. This opens the course menu. Click on Enrollments.
This will open up a submenu. Click on Enrolled Users.
From here you can see all students already enrolled in your course. To enroll new students click on Enroll Users in the top right corner.
A pop up window will open with options for enrolling users. Any Converge users within your organization will be available here. You can type the student’s first name, last name, or both, in the search bar, or scroll through to the users you wish to enroll. When enrolling a student, check to be sure that the “assign roles” drop down box says “student”.
When you have found the student or students you wish to enroll, click on Enroll next to the name(s).
When you are finished, simply click Finish Enrolling Users. This will navigate back to the Enrolled Users page, where newly enrolled students will be visible.
